Pivot Table Definition - Clinical Procedure Count
Provides a count of procedures entered into the Patients | Clinical Information, Procedures tab. These counts are frequently used for reporting to boards and societies. For additional information, check out Pivot Tables - Defining the Elements.
Initial Data Set
Any procedure entered into the procedure tab where the
- procedure date is in the date range AND
- the procedure is not deleted AND
- the patient is not deleted

Report Results
Not by Month, just total
- # Performed = count of procedures
- < = 18 years = count of # Performed where patient's age at time of procedure was 18 years or younger
- 19 - 34 years = count of # Performed where patient's age at time of procedure was between 19 and 34 years inclusive
- 35 - 51 years = count of # Performed where patient's age at time of procedure was between 35 and 51 years inclusive
- 52 - 64 years = count of # Performed where patient's age at time of procedure was between 52 and 64 years inclusive
- 65+ years = count of # Performed where patient's age at time of procedure was 65 years or older
- Male = count of # Performed where patient's gender is male
- % Male = Male divided by # Performed, expressed as a percentage
- Female = count of # Performed where patient's gender is female
- % Female = Female divided by # Performed, expressed as a percentage
